Lauki halwa
Ingredients:
One medium size bottle gourd grated
2/3 tsp ghee
100 gms khova
Half litre milk I have used toned milk
Half small cup cashew n badam
Cardamom pdr as per taste
Sugar as per ur requirement
Method:
Wash peel n grate lauki. Take a pan add ghee dn lauki mix it well for a min
add milk n sugar allow it to cook onces cooked add khova n mix it dn
add dry fruits n cardamom pdr. U can top it more almonds if u want.
Ready... Serve hot or cold.
