Dal Vada
Ingredients:
2 cup of chana dal1 tbsp rice flour
5 green chillies
few curry leaves
11 tsp ginger paste
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1 onion chopped
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying
Method:
1. Wash & soak chana dal for 3 to 4 hrs. Drain & grind the dal along with green chillies by adding little water to a coarse paste.Note:
(The batter should be thick n not watery in case it's watery add more rice flour ...)
2. Onces done remove the batter in a bowl add rice flour, salt, ginger, curry leaves n coriander leaves mix well.
3. Now give shape to it n deep fry it.
4. Remove the vadas in a kitchen towel....
5. Serve hot with tomato sauce or coriander chutney....
