Soya cutlets

Soya Cutlets





Ingredients:

2 cups Soya granules
2 boiled n mashed potatoes
1 cup bread crumbs
2 green chilies
2 tbsp corn flour
Lots of coriander leaves chopped
1tsp red chilli powder, garam masala
1/2 tsp haldi , coriander pdr, jeera pdr
Salt , half of lemon

Method:
Take a vessel filled with water VN it boils add soya granules along with little milk n keep it for 5 mins after that drain it n squeeze out the excess water .... 
Now in a bowl add the mashed potatoes , soya granules along with all d spices, cornflour, breadcrumbs, green chillies, salt n lemon juice .... 
N finally add lots of coriander leaves mix well...
 Now give shape of ur choice n keep in fridge for 15 minutes... Take out after that... Heat oil...
VN it's hot drop cutlets one by one slowly ....
.fry it on low flame one side dn flip it slowly n fry d other side ......onces done remove it in a kitchen towel. Serve hot with tea or rich tomato sauce......

Gajar Halwa, Rajma Masala, N=Beetroot raita, Peas & Paneer Masala







Gajar Halwa

Ingredients:
4 big carrots
½ cup sugar
100 gms khoya
Elachi pdr, one cup milk, few almonds, little ghee
Method: Grate carrot add little ghee & fry for 1 min add carrot n milk let it cook for 8/10 mins after sometime add sugar , khoya n onces cooked add almonds n elachi pdr… Serve hot or cold…




Beetroot raita

Ingredients:
One beetroot
½ cup curd
Salt
2 Green chillies 
Method:
Grate beetroot add curd green chillies n salt mix well.. Serve chill….


Rajma Masala:

Ingredients:
1 cup rajma soaked over night
2 bay leaves
3 Cloves, 2 green elachi n one cinnamon stick
2 tomatoes & onion puree
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli pdr, coriander pdr, little jeera seeds
Haldi , salt, ¼ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp kasuri methi(Optional)
Coriander leaves for garnish, 1 tbsp Oil
salt

Method: In a cooker cook rajma change the water add fresh water n give 6/7 whistles. Allow it to cool.
Meanwhile in a pan add jeera seeds, bay leaves, cloves elachi n cinnamon stick fry it add onion puree saute till the raw smell goes….. add ginger garlic paste……. now add tomatoes saute till the raw smell goes … now add chilli pdr, coriander pdr, garam masala, haldi & salt…… give a quick stir… now add rajma n kasuri methi n mix well let it boil switch off the gas n now garnish with coriander leaves….serve hot with rice or chapatti….



Peas & Paneer masala

Ingredients:
200 gms Paneer
1 cup peas
2 big onions & 2 big tomatoes puree
2 bay leaves, 2 tsp butter 
1tbsp of ginger & garlic paste
1tsp red chilli pdr,1/2 tsp jeera seeds, ½ tsp coriander pdr, haldi,1tsp garam masala
½ tsp kasuri methi coriander leaves for garnishing
2 to 3 tsp of amul cream
½ cup water
Method:
Heat oil in a pan add bay leaves, onions saute till its golden brown … add garlic n ginger paste…. Then add tomatoes all dry masalas mix well now when the gravy starts leaving oil add peas cook it well……add water n boil onces the peas are cooked add paneer to it mix well …….and now add kasuri methi ,cream and mix well gently… Garnish with coriander leaves…….

Mayo Cheese Macaroni


Mayo n cheese macaroni with capsicum n onion








Ingredients:
One packet of elbow macaroni
One cheese cube
4 tsp mayo
Half capsicum n one onion both chopped
Oregano mixed herbs salt pepper pdr n chilli flakes as per ur taste.

Method: 


Take water in a pan bring it to a boil add macaroni along with little olive oil n salt boil it till the macronis r cooked. Drain it n keep it aside.

In another pan add olive oil chopped onion n chopped capsicum saute for 5 mins add d macaroni then add mayo, pepper, little salt, flakes ,mixed herbs n oregano toss it well. Serve hot.

Mushroom Masala


Mushroom masala






Ingredients:

Two packets of mushroom
2 onion n tomato paste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Cloves cinnamon stick black pepper as per ur taste I have taken 3 cloves one stick n 3 pepper.
1 tsp coriander pdr n half tsp cumin pdr 
1 tbsp cashew pdr
Haldi garam masala n red chilli pdr acc to taste
Coriander leaves chopped
Salt
Little kasuri methi
1 tsp oil

Method 
Cut mushroom into cubes or diced as u prefer. In a pan add oil n add all the whole spices (cloves cinnamon n pepper) add onion n tomato paste saute till d smell goes dn add ginger garlic paste dn coriander n cumin pdr mix well add haldi red chilli powder garam masala mix it again now add cashew pdr cook it for 2/3 mins now add mushroom n salt cover with lid n cook it don't add water as mushroom leaves water now vn it cooked switch off d flame n add coriander leaves n kasuri methi. Serve with roti or rice ........

Lauki Halwa


Lauki halwa

















Ingredients:
One medium size bottle gourd grated 
2/3 tsp ghee
100 gms khova
Half litre milk I have used toned milk
Half small cup cashew n badam 
Cardamom pdr as per taste
Sugar as per ur requirement

Method:
Wash peel n grate lauki. Take a pan add ghee dn lauki mix it well for a min 

add milk n sugar allow it to cook onces cooked add khova n mix it dn
 add dry fruits n cardamom pdr. U can top it more almonds if u want.
 Ready... Serve hot or cold.

Dal vada


Dal Vada

Ingredients:

2 cup of chana dal
1 tbsp rice flour
5 green chillies
few curry leaves
11 tsp ginger paste
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1 onion chopped
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying

Method:

1. Wash & soak chana dal for 3 to 4 hrs. Drain & grind the dal along with green chillies by adding little water to a coarse paste.

Note:
(The batter should be thick n not watery in case it's watery add more rice flour ...)

2. Onces done remove the batter in a bowl add rice flour, salt, ginger, curry leaves n coriander leaves mix well. 

3. Now give shape to it n deep fry it. 

4. Remove the vadas in a kitchen towel....

5. Serve hot with tomato sauce or coriander chutney....
