Yellow moong dal salad
This salad I had for the first time at kamat hotel where they serve north karnataka meals... I had liked it so thought of giving it a try....Here it goes..
Ingredients:
2 cups yellow moong dal washed n soaked for 2 hrs
2 green chillies chopped
Fresh coriander leaves
Salt n lemon juice as per ur taste
3 Coconut grated
For seasoning
1/2 tsp rai jeera n hing
3-4 Curry leaves
Oil
Method:
In a bowl add moong dal chopped green chillies, salt n lemon juice mix it well.
In a tadka pan add oil onces hot add rai hing, jeera n curry leaves switch off d flame n pour this seasoning to the prepared salad mix again....
Garnish with coriander leaves n coconut.... Serve enjoy it.....
